Satellite Gallery is offering its annual, free teen arts program, GO8, over March break in 2013. Satellite Gallery is a shared contemporary art gallery in Downtown Vancouver between the Museum of Anthropology, Presentation House Gallery, and the Morris and Helen Belkin Art Gallery. Now in it’s third year, GO8 can be applied to a students work experience credit, offers excellent porfolio development opportunities and an introduction to the contemporary art scene in Vancouver.
During the program, we’ll visit different art galleries and do some workshops. On the list of the possible art galleries are among others Vancouver Art Gallery, Contemporary Art Gallery, Museum of Anthropology and Belkin Art Gallery. We’ll do also a Public Art walk in Downtown Vancouver.
