The aim of this project is to design a deck of playing cards.  You are in full control of the design and are welcome to use any media, idea, traditional, or cultural design (Please note that we will be talking about Cultural appropriation and Copyright as a part of this project).   However, you will be using Illustrator to package your deck, if not make the deck, before you submit your compleated project,

If you are interested in reading about the History of playing cards  here’s a post by Adam Wintle

Please look around the site ‘The World of Playing Cards’ as it is an excellent source of information and examples
