With great care taken to produce the finest, representational, realist drawing you have ever in your life. First, chooses a leaf. Think about light, depth and the marks you will use to make this drawing- DRAWING not a SKETCH!!! Show me how the leave curls, folds, and changes tone. I want to see depth. I want to see a background and I want to see a shadow or two!

You will need to think in at least 5 value tones and if you want you may bring in to your drawing ONE colour- however you pencil should be the primary drawing tool.

You will have 3 classes to complete this project and after the third class you may bring it home as Homework. All Drawings are due for a formal critique the day of the fourth class.
