Complete the labelled diagrams assigned from the textbook: Clam, grasshopper, seastar, and earthwork anatomy. These are due 2/3 April, if not already handed in.

Charts on the mollusks, echinoderms, arthropods and annelids were assigned and are not to be handed in, but you are expected to know the relevant material.

Read p. 606-627 and complete the reviews on p. 616, 620, 621 and 627 (28-1 to 28-4, inclusive). Pick up the handout “anatomy of the grasshopper/crayfish” and complete, using the textbook. Due 4/5 April.

Be sure you know the clam anatomy (p. 591 in text) and complete the diagram of the clam anatomy (labelled, fine-lined or coloured diagram).

Complete a chart (based on the one given in class earlier — or make your own version) for Molluska and Annelida (chapter 27).

Chapter 26 test will be on 4/5 March depending on the class.

Finish simple animals crossword, read the two resources on porifera and cnidaria (see previous blog post) and take notes. You are responsible for the information in those two resources.

Finish the microscope drawing of Obelia Medusa (due next class) and label (use the textbook diagrams).

Finish all the recently assigned work and hand in by 19/20 February:

Reviews 26-1, 26-2, 26-3, 26-4 and sponge and cnidaria structure diagrams.

Also finish reading the two part handout on animals, and all of chapter 26.

Please ensure you have finished the reviews 26-1 and 26-2 and the sponge anatomy diagram (all due 8 and 11 Feb depending on the class).
