Please finish the assignment on representatives of the 4 Arthropod subphyla, giving 4-5 important points about a representative organism of your choice (one from each subphylum).
Work on the Arachnids worksheet given out in class, and continue compiling your notes using the charts provided last week.
Be sure you have done the reading on the arthropods.
Test on everything we’ve done so far in Kingdom Animalia will be next week – date to be announced.
Complete the grasshopper lab and do the reading on arthropods in the textbook (Chapter 28). Be sure you have read the notes given out in class, and work on the crossword.
Complete the Mollusk reading (27-1) and Squid lab.

Finish the reading on the unsegmented worms (ch. 26), annelids (27-2) and early development (30-1). Read ahead on the section on Phylum Mollusca (27-1).
Finish the earthworm lab and read over the earthworm notes. Organize the notes in the chart provided. Read section 27-2 in the text (Phylum Annelida).

Review Sections 26-1 and 26-2 and section 30-1 (early development). Be sure to fill in the chart on the Playthelminthes (flatworms) using the notes and text.
Read the textbook sections on early animal development (sections 30-1 and 30-2), and read over the early animal development notes given to you in class.
Do the Science of Happiness study and write up a brief lab report, as outlined on the handout. Bring with you next class.
