Be sure you have read section 6.1 in the text and have completed the previously assigned work book pages (see previous posts.)
Test on chapter 5 (mitosis and asexual reproduction) will be next week, so be sure to study for it.

Finish the cloning questions:
Read pages 188-203 in the textbook (section 6.1
Complete pages 23 – 27 in the workbook.
Work on and finish the cell cycle diagram

and list all the stages. Explain briefly what is happening in each stage. Be sure to include:
G1, S, G2, Mitosis (prophase, metaphase, anaphase, telophase), cytokinesis.
Be sure the diagram is neat and presentable. Please feel free to watch this or other videos on mitosis to help you with the material.
Work on pages 12-17 in the workbook, using section 5.1 in the textbook as reference.
Finish pages 8 – 11 in workbook, using the information in the textbook on pages 125-131 and 168-175.
Please finish Activity 4-2B on p. 143. Each person should hand in their own assignment. Be sure your assignment is neat, all headings are underlined, and you answer in complete sentences.
If you already have the workbook, please complete pages 2-4, and read section 5.2 in the textbook, which is the matching section. The safety section at the beginning of the workbook has already been assigned, and should be completed as a review.
