Study for plants test – 27 May 2013.  Also, continue review for final exam, covering the entire course.

Read sections on gymnosperms beginning on p. 471.  Also, complete the sections of the plant chart with the new information.

Continue review for the final, which will cover the entire course.

 

Continue readings on the Plants in textbook and answer the OH questions from last class (be prepared to either hand them in or answer quiz questions).

Be sure that your review for the final has started.  You should go back to the beginning of the course and begin reviewing notes and textbook sections.  The final exam will cover all of the course content.

 

Read p. 467 + on the seed bearing plants.  Answer the overhead questions and be prepared to either hand in, if requested, or to have a quiz on the material that they cover.

Also, study for the animals test, which is next block (8 May 2013), and which includes echinoderms, arthropods, chordates, and general knowledge about animals.  Use the textbook, notes, and other materials (diagrams, crosswords, etc) to help with your studying.

Study for test – Echinoderms, Arthropods, Chordates.    Date change – test will be on Wednesday, 8 May.

Read and complete the Alternations of Generations worksheet.  Read section on mosses, which begins on p. 449 in textbook.  Study for the Animals test onMonday (Echinoderms to Chordates).

Read p. 432-442 – Algae. Prepare for test covering Animals (Echinoderms to Vertebrates).

Finish Worm Dissection questions. Be ready for a possible pop quiz. Finish reading for Invert Chordates and Vertebrates.

Test on everything from Echinoderms to Chordates will be on Monday, 6 May 2013.

Read section on Vertebrates starting on p. 678.

Read sections 29-2 (Invert chordates) and 31-1 (vertebrates).
