Biology 12 18-19 May 2016

Read text/workbook on excretory/urinary system and work on the review given in class.

Complete the biomes chart (see earlier post) and the ecology handouts/worksheets. Be sure to read and work on 1.1 and 1.2 in text and workbook.

Read text and workbook sections on Phylum Chordata, and complete the worksheets (Mollusks and Echinoderms, Arthropods, Crustaceans, Vertebrates).

Study for nervous system test, Wednesday 18 May. We will begin excretory system on Monday.

Complete biomes chart using information in chapter 1. Read chapter 1 and begin section 1.1 in workbook.

Continue working on the nervous system review and reading.

Study for Mollusca/Arthropods test (Thursday and Friday, depending on the block).

Grasshopper lab is due in class on 10/11 May, respectively and depending on block.

Work on echinoderm diagrams and question(s) and bring to class next time.

Study for chapter 12 test (Thursday and Friday, depending on blocks).

Earthquake worksheet is due in class on 10/11 May, respectively.

Test next week on Ch. 12.

Finish the Volcanos: Where and Why? worksheet and be prepared to hand it in at the start of next class (Friday).
