Finish Physics problems, do 9.1 in the workbook and study for chapter 8 test (16 Feb).

Finish Activity 9-1A (p. 381): Chart, Sentence (#5 in procedure) and Questions 1 and 2 (What did you find out section).

Do 9.1 in workbook. Study for Chapter 8 test (all blocks) – new dates: Monday 15 February and Tuesday 16 February (day 1 and 2 respectively).

 

Finish the Cart and Ramp Activity. Chapter 8 test is next week (Wednesday and Thursday, respectively).

1-3: Finish 9-1A Activity (1 per group) and hand in next class.

Read and work on 8.2 in the text and workbook.

Complete Activity 8-2B in the textbook.

Study for mid-year exam.

Finish Activity 8-1D on p. 355 in text.  You do not need to re-sketch the graphs on your paper.

Read 8.2 in text and complete begin working on 8.2 in workbook. Be sure 8.1 is completed.

Finish Activity 8-1C and be sure that 8.1 is completed in the workbook. Continue reading 8.2 and start working on 8.2 in workbook.

Study for mid-year exam (see earlier blog post for chapters included).

Study for mid-year exam, which will cover:

Scientific method, safety (see reference section at the back of the book), chemistry (chapters 4-6), radioactivity (chapter 7), and part or all of chapter 8 (motion).

Complete reading of 8.1 in text and do 8.1 in workbook.

All sections: Complete activity 8-1B on p. 352.

Study for the Mid-Year exam, which will be during the week of 24 January (date and time TBA).
It will cover everything we have done in the course so far, and may also include some of chapter 8, which we are beginning this week.

Read the beginning of chapter 8 (section 8.1) in preparation for our lessons this week.

Work on the crossword/word search given in class today.

Study for the Ch. 7 Test (Tuesday, 15 Dec, and Wed, 16 Dec).
