Study for test – Ch. 10.  Workbook, textbook, worksheets!

Bring a question about space!

Students who missed the Moon notes please access them on the Moodle site.   Use the Stars and Galaxies worksheet to help you study for the upcoming test (Ch. 10).  Not for handing in.  Also use the workbook and textbook.

Continue workbook for space unit.  Test for Ch. 10 will be on Monday 6 May for 1-4 and Tuesday 7 May for 2-2.  Complete the notes page on stars and galaxies (not for handing in).

 

Work on workbook sections 11. Take notes on bold terms in section 12.1. Test on ch. 10 will be on Monday, 6 May for 1-4 and Tuesday, 7 May for 2-2.

Work on workbook sections for chapter 10.

Please do workbook sections 10.1 and 10.2 if not already complete.

Make a vocabulary list of bold terms from Ch. 10 section 10.1 and give definition.  Think of a question about space – something you have been wondering about or would like to know more aobut, and write it down and bring to the next class. Test next class on Ch. 6.

In preparation for the test next week, please do Ch. 6 review, and work on workbook for Ch. 6.  Also, finish the activity 9-2C on p. 221.

Finish reading and workbook for Ch. 6.  Review notes and powerpoints on Moodle.  Test Ch. 6 will be on Monday, 22 April for period 1-4 and Tuesday, 23 April for period 2-2.

Finish activity 6-2C on p. 221.  Bring workbook to class for workbook check.  Read notes and PPTs on Moodle, read text sections and do Workbook sections.  Test next week, Thursday, 18 April, on Ch. 6.
