      • Choose ONE of the following and provide a multi-paragraph response that includes your opinion and supporting evidence/examples.

        1. Are supranational governments (ie. the UN) effective?  Why or why not?
        2. Is Canada’s Nothwithstanding Clause and its power to over-ride Charter Rights  necessary?  Why or why not?

        Your Upload/Submission should include your written response to one of the two questions above, PLUS your +/- points for both questions/debates.

    • Review MOODLE Resources on the Charter and Constitution of Canada
      1. Amending Formula
