- Journal #4 – “The Lottery”: Story vs. Movie – What do the events of the story say about society/human nature? Considering this, which version do you prefer, the story or the movie, and why? Watch the movie version here —> “The Lottery” short film
- Compare & Contrast notes – Traditions: “Jade Peony” vs. “The Lottery” – List out any similarities, but focus on the differences. This is the brainstorm for a written response that you will be completing, so take the time to come up with as many ideas/details as you can.
