      1. Decide what character you want to write your paragraph about: Mary, Mama Lil, or Bebe. Look back in your notebook to p. 28 for Mary Info and to p. 32 for Bebe/Mama Lil info to help you decide who you have the most info for
      2. Go to p. 34 – use your topic sentence practice & your traits info to write 3 topic sentences in the space provided: one TS for each trait. Ex. One trait that Mary shows is bravery. OR Another characteristic for Bebe is that she is determined.

  1. Your Final Assessment – Themes and Story Connections will be due on THURSDAY. You will need to write your answers in PEN. You need to write the title of the story you’re connecting the theme to and then explain, specifically how the story connects directly to the theme. Take your time and do this well so I can see how well you understood each of the stories.
