HOMEWORK: Due Mon/Tues

1. Congratulations and good job!  You all donated more than $300 ($328 so far) for the Food Bank. 
2. You will have your NIGHT Essay Test next class. Bring a pen (blue/black) and several sheets of paper. Be prepared to write a multi-paragraph, well-organized essay (3+paragraphs) that references the novel (or movie).
3. Essay topics: Click on the Eng 11 tab above. Scroll to NIGHT – Essay Test Questions. Click & open. 
4. Essay Test Preparation: I recommend you brainstorm ideas for more than 1 topic. Then choose the one you have the strongest/best ideas for. Focus on the one topic – come up with examples and evidence. Write your THESIS STATEMENT. This will help you immensely during class. Scroll down on the ENGLISH 11 tab & find the DETAILED OUTLINE links. Use the outlines to prepare your essay.
5. DETAILED OUTLINES: I will have some printed out. If you would like one, come by any time on Fri/Mon.
