Program Information Evening: October 18, 2023 from 6:30 PM to 8 PM in the school auditorium

Assessment Testing: Applicants are required to complete a student assessment test on January 12, 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM in the school cafeteria. The completion of the assessment test is mandatory to complete the application requirements for the Odyssey program.
VSB Mini School District Registry: Students must register in the registry from November 14th to December 21st, 2023. Students will still need to apply directly to each of the mini school programs with their school applications. Please continue to check the VSB Mini School website and the DT Odyssey website for more information.
School Application Deadline: Thursday, December 21, 2023, at 3PM. Only completed paper application package will be accepted. The office will not be assisting in handling and completion of the package during drop off.

Student Assessment Test: January 12, 2024, from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM in the school cafeteria. Student will bring pencil, pen, eraser, and ruler. The completion of assessment test is mandatory for the completion of the application process.
Student Interviews: Only selected applicants will be invited by email to the student interview taking place on February 1, 2023 from 8:30 AM to 12 PM in the school.
Grade 6 and 7 Report Card Submissions: To complete the student application package, the submission of the final grade 6 and December’s grade 7 report is required (paper copies only – no email submissions). Report cards issued by the public, private, and district learning schools/institutions are accepted. Homeschooling report cards are not accepted.
Notification of Acceptance: First offers on February 28, 2024, by e-mail and second offers on March 6, 2024, by e-mail.
