Congratulations to all the participants and award winners! Students had a different kind of science fair year compared to the previous ones where they all had to quickly learn to navigate the virtual world and learn how to present their work. The students did an amazing job! All the students that participated have all gained valuable experiences.
DT students want to thank all the adults, family members, mentors, and all the science fair volunteers that dedicated their time and gave their support. DT would like to thank Dr. J. McEwen and Mr. Austin Wang for giving financial support so that students can build these costly projects.
So, what’s next? Five DT students (Tara Zhan, Justin Peng, Viduni Siriwardana, Matthew Moi, and Justin Du) have been invited to participate in the Canada Wide Science Fair that will be taking place May 17-21, 2021. Stay tuned for more updates on these students!
