Students who are residents of Vancouver at the time of the registration are eligible for VSB Mini School programs.

 

Program Information Evening:  Thursday, October 17, 2024, from 6 PM to 7 PM in the school auditorium

The website contains dates, application procedures, students’ testimonies, photos, and the most popular questions and answers provided by students.  If there are questions regarding the program, please email dtodyssey@vsb.bc.ca.

VSB Mini School District Registry:  Students must register in the registry from November 17th to December 19th, 2024.  Students will still need to apply directly to each of the mini-school programs with their school applications.    Please continue to check the VSB Mini School website and the DT Odyssey website for more information.

School Application Deadline:   Thursday, December 18, 2024, at 3PM.  Only completed paper application package will be accepted.  The office will not be assisting in handling and completion of the package during drop off.

Student Assessment Test:  Friday, January 10th, 2025, from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM in the school cafeteria.  Student will bring pencil, pen, eraser, and ruler. The completion of assessment test is mandatory for the completion of the application process.

Student Interviews:  Only selected applicants will be invited by email to the student interview taking place on Monday, January 27th, 2025 from 8:30 AM to 12 PM in the school.

Grade 6 and 7 Report Card Submissions:  To complete the student application package, the submission of the final grade 6 and December’s grade 7 report is required (paper copies only – no email submissions).  Report cards issued by the public, private, and district learning schools/institutions are accepted.  Homeschooling report cards are not accepted.

Notification of Acceptance:     First offers on Wednesday, February 26th, 2025, by e-mail and second offers onWednesday, March 5, 2025, by e-mail.
