• An album of class and staff photos featuring Henry Hudson Elementary and McKechnie Elementary
• Photos of Field Marshall Montgomery’s visit to the Vancouver School District in 1960
• Material documenting a reunion at Dawson Elementary School of former staff and students
• Records of the Inter High School Athletic Association
• Fifty-Year-Old Local Newspapers recovered from a Time Capsule at Shaughnessy Elementary School
• A collection of wood-handled inking stamps for marking mail and documents
• Fairview High School – a commemorative plate and documents related to a school reunion (1927 – 1963)
• Photos related to the history of the VSB Workshop
• Photos donated by the wife of C. McLeod, VSB gardener
• A collection of photos from 1960 featuring the Vancouver Art School
• A Year in the life of J.A. Harper – former Principal at Lord Selkirk Elementary
