Donations are important to the continuing success of the Vancouver School Board Archives and Heritage Program.

Money: Money donations are welcome. Such donations must be made by cheque to the order of the Vancouver School Board. Donors should specify that the funds are intended to support the work of the VSB Archives and Heritage Committee. Upon request, the Vancouver School Board will issue tax receipts for such donations.
Items having historical/heritage value. We are seeking items such as photographs, documents such as student report cards and certificates of achievement, programmes for special events such as school plays and concerts, school annuals and newspapers, old films or videos, and other memorabilia.

If you have items you would like to donate, you have two options. You can send the items directly to the VSB Archives and Heritage Committee by regular mail, or contact us via email to make arrangements to drop off the items at the Vancouver School Board. We ask that you provide a brief statement on your personal connection to the item or items.
