• Office Staff is responsible for documenting and checking on student attendance.  If your child is going to be late or absent, please notify the school office (and not the teacher); call 604-713-5159 Extension 12.  (If that line is busy, please call 604-713-4686.)
• If you need to pick up your child before regular dismissal, please call the school secretary at 604-713-4686 in advance to make that arrangement.  
• If you are running late to pick up your child at dismissal time, please call the secretary at 604-713-4686 as soon as possible; your child will be waiting for you in the school office.
