“Virtus Vincit” is the latin motto of John Oliver Secondary which translates to “Virtue conquers.” It means that moral character, good behavior, and strength of character are ultimately more powerful than other things.

To prospective families deciding on a school for your child, our doors are always open and you can arrange for a visit by phone at (604)-713-8938. John Oliver Secondary is a high school with a very strong tradition of music making since its establishment in 1921.

Your generous gift will go towards purchasing musical equipment and instruments for the music program. There is no funding for such items otherwise, thank you so much for supporting our student’s growth in music education!
