UPDATE: Happy Easter and More!

Happy Easter everyone! I hope you, all, are enjoying time with your loved ones and staying safe.

Going forward, all math material will be posted within the OneNote class notebook. The library section will include notes (with videos at times) and assignments. I have also created a “QuestionAnswers” tab where I will post step by step answers to questions that are challenging.

As face to face instructional time is still suspended, there will be other opportunities in the future to take the numeracy exam.  Once I have more information, I will let you know.

Stay safe and be kind to one another.

Please let your peers know about this as the due date is on Monday. Thank you.

Happy Friday!

Update:

Week of April 30:
Teachers are in the process of connecting with their students in homeroom this week. Please check your inbox/junk folder and reply back to them ASAP. We need to make sure all our students are safe.

Week of May 6:
I am in the process of setting up a learning space within Microsoft Teams. Please take the time to see if you get an email from Microsoft on behalf of me/the class. As I set up the online classes, ALL students are to read and adhere to our district policy in regard to online conversations, posts, etc.

  1. Acceptable Use of Technology Policy
  2. Teams Classroom Etiquette
I will re-post this within our online classrooms as a reminder. Come back daily to check for updates and a potential schedule as we embark on this new journey.
Until then, please be safe and kind to one another.

Welcome back – post spring break!

Dear students,

As we embark on a journey of learning on-line, please be prepared to use the VSB’s O365 platform. Over the next week, I am hoping to have a OneNote class notebook set up for to access documents. As always, assignments will be posted in the corresponding section of this blog site.

In the meantime, please refer to the link below to get yourself familiar with Microsoft Teams and accessing your student O365 account.
