Asian Studies Project: Due February 22, 23
Portfolios will also be due on the same week!
- There should be 4 pages (4 units completed since start of year)
- a minimum of 6 entries/reflections on topics, issues classes — anything related to class content
- no names or grading
- proper language
Possible ideas to reflect on:
- Differences/similarities between religion and philosophy
- Asian history vs European history
- Similarities/differences between Asian nations
- Religion and culture in Asia
- Canada and its relationship with people from different religions, ethnicities from around the world
- Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, S. Korea 2018
- Our Prime Minister and his foreign policy towards Asian nations (China, Koreas, Japan Philippines…)
- Environmental issues in Asia
- anything that was discussed or brought up in class…
