DW:  What is an allegory? Explain it and the choose one of the following:

Write a short story that is an allegory    OR      Write about the significance of allegories.

VOCAB WEEK 12 QUIZ:  Friday, May 13th

Editing of your drafts are due Friday, May 13th at the beginning of class.

You do not need to re-print the essay…I am looking at the edits you are making to the drafts you submitted last week and giving them back by the end of class.  Remember to go over the checklist that was handed out today to help you edit.

DW:  Write one of the short stories we read in class from a different point of view.

Essay:  You should have a first complete draft to edit this week.  I will collect up the edited drafts on Friday, May 13.

FT Forms and $15 for Bard on the Beach…get them in before May 27th if you want to go!

First draft of your complete essay was due yesterday!  Wednesday we are moving on to the editing process.
