Continue on with your government unit notes and vocab.

We will dive right in with Reading Drills that will start right at the beginning of classes until about Spring Break.
The last day of the week will be for Vocabulary and Composition based on the vocab booklets.
Week 21 vocab this week!
This week will also be for assessment as well…you can’t really study for them…maybe brush up on what you learned in English 11?

We are starting with the Government Unit!
Chapters 9-12 this week.
At least read through Chapter 9 for tomorrow.
You are responsible for note-taking on your own. I will collect them to at the end of the unit.
Things I am looking for when I check your notes:
- are you able to study from your notes
- they should be organized
- you should be taking chapter notes
- annotating your notes in class…adding in-class notes to help you study.

School is open today, Friday, January 12, 2024
We will be in the Library Monday January 15 to Wednesday January 17 to work on the end of semester project. It is a poster project.
Each student will chose one person from the Biography Project list to focus their project on.
The project will be due by Friday January 26.
