Social Responsibility Marks for Term 1
Students who are involved in their community or JO community may receive up to 5% of their term mark based on their participation in making our society/community better. An example would be doing volunteer work to help others in our community or taking part in school events or clubs that help to make our world a better place.
In order to qualify for these marks, students must apply in writing. You must download the application form and fill it in: Social Responsibility Application Form
If you are involved in more than one group — you must fill in an application form for each organization!
Deadline is Friday, November 16th — lates will not be accepted!

For students who did not do the online Geography test or Chapter 1 Re-test: you have until November 15th to complete them. The most you will receive is a pass (50%) since you missed the test deadline.
If you do not write by the 15th — you will receive a zero on the Geography Test and/or receive the original grade for your Chapter 1 test.
Geography Unit Test: November 14th
- Everyone must be in attendance for the test on November 14
- There will be no opportunity for rewrites.
