LAST CHANCE FOR REWRITES

Students who did not do Term2 rewrites have ONE LAST CHANCE.

If you failed a test or quiz in January to the end of February...you will have until MARCH 16th to complete rewrites. After Spring Break any Term 2 rewrites will not be available.

*REMEMBER TO DO YOUR REWRITES* No one should be failing any tests/quizzes this year.

Asian Studies Project: Due February 22, 23

Portfolios will also be due on the same week!

There should be 4 pages (4 units completed since start of year)
a minimum of 6 entries/reflections on topics, issues classes — anything related to class content
no names or grading
proper language

Possible ideas to reflect on:

Differences/similarities between religion and philosophy
Asian history vs European history
Similarities/differences between Asian nations
Religion and culture in Asia
Canada and its relationship with people from different religions, ethnicities from around the world
Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, S. Korea 2018
Our Prime Minister and his foreign policy towards Asian nations (China, Koreas, Japan Philippines…)
Environmental issues in Asia
anything that was discussed or brought up in class…
