#1. UBC Legal Education Outreach session — Thursday, February 21 during block 2-4

• Students in Block 1-1 should have their forms signed by their 2-4 teacher in order to attend the session.  Students who do not attend will have an alternate assignment.

#2.  Case Brief Project (on a criminal case in Canada in last 10 years — 2008 – present)

• typed written briefs due, at the latest, the day before your presentation if you want Mrs. Kwon to make copies for the class…if not, you are responsible for making enough copies for the class!
• Present and submit your briefs on:  Feb 28 (blk 1-1) and March 1 (blk 2-4)
• you may work on your own or with a partner
• everyone must sign up for a different criminal case asap
• no more than 5 minutes max. (you will be timed)

• FT Forms and $8 for Feb 20th Main Street Provincial Courts are due by Feb 14th or first 60 students
