Daily Writing: Poetry
Daily writing is something everyone should be doing…as it sounds…on a daily basis (Monday to Friday). Each person is expected to write on the topic…you can take your writing any direction you want. A minimum of 500 words (approximately one page written, double spaced…normal sized writing please).
Each student will have a file folder in class to keep your daily writings…make sure you write down the title as well as the DATE at the top right of the page.
How do you improve your reading and writing skills? By reading and writing! Simple answer but not always easy to follow through on.

Portfolio Self Evaluations must be completed and submitted by Thursday, January 27th
Portfolio (in grey folder) must be:
- neatly arranged with typed structured analysis and self evaluation for part A. Essay
- neatly arranged with typed structured analysis and self evaluation for part B. Daily Writing
- refer to the BC curriculum for analysis and how you compare to course content and core competencies
- there must a correlation with your self evaluation to the curriculum and it should be reflected in the grade you are giving yourself
