The following are links to the three episodes that cover the last part of semester (Metis, Manitoba, BC and Canadian history up to the start of World War I).
As in class, please watch the episodes and write down the headings (number and/or underline the headings) and take a few summarizing notes for each segment presented. The video notes will be due the first day back at school on January 4th.
Hint: you may want to watch one episode a day the longest episode is about 1h 45 minutes.

- Canada a People’s History Episode 9: From Sea to Sea – 1867 to 1873
- Canada a People’s History Episode 10: Taking the West – 1873 to 1896
*By watching these videos, it will give you a good grounding for Chapters 4,5,6 and 7 in Horizons.
*IF you have time over the break…I suggest you read these chapters or at least flip through them so you are familiar with what will be covered the last month of the course.
