- Remember NORTH is always 0°
- You must make sure 0° on the protractor is pointed NORTH!
- if the bearing is more than 180° You rotate the protractor so 0° is now facing 180° and measure the additional angle from 0°. You must add 180° to the additional angle to get the total bearing.
