BIG GEOGRAPHY UNIT TEST: NOVEMBER 6TH
Things to know for the exam:
- Geography Vocabulary
- maps
- scale of maps, types of scales, manipulating and calculating scale and distance
- symbols, identifying and using
- finding places…latitude & longitude, 4 figure grids, 6 figure grids
- contour lines, reading and understanding heights, spot heights
- directions, bearing…using bearings to locate places (protractor work!)
