Nick Glavas – What a Guy

Check out Nick’s article from Quest U’s Mens soccer program

The Quest men’s soccer program is happy to announce Nicholas Glavas as the newest member of the team.

The soccer standout, who will play Center Striker & Center Midfield for the Kermodes next season, went to Prince of Wales Secondary School in Vancouver BC, where he averaged 15-20 goals per season.

Amongst Nicholas’ many great soccer memories, his most memorable career highlight is when he scored the game-winning goal in the City Championship game for his school’s senior soccer team.

Quest men’s soccer is on a steady incline of improvement since Head Coach Alexander Elliott took the reins. Working hard on improving skills and development, they are looking to utilize their progress and growth to earn a winning season, and compete in the PACWEST playoffs (and beyond).

Glavas will be an important addition to the lineup to help the Kermodes improve on their 4-9-2 results from the 2015-16 season.

In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys being active. His hobbies include hiking, playing golf & rugby.

While he attends Quest, he plans to focus his studies on business & commerce.

Nicholas says, “I chose Quest because along with its extraordinary campus, the opportunity to play soccer and the unique academic programs, I feel it is a great fit.”

We think so too.
