Criteria Summary:
Must have a parent or grandparent who is a member or former member of the Royal Canadian Navy (or Canadian Forces Maritime Command or Merchant Marines War Veterans).
This is a bursary, therefore financial need must be demonstrated as well as the aptitude for achievement in higher learning.
Preference given to applicants with a record of community service or volunteering
