Juno Award Volunteers

Volunteers are needed during JUNO Week, March 19-25, 2018.  Volunteers will be needed for Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening shifts as these are the busiest days (March 23-25).  Each volunteer is required to commit to a minimum of two shifts of approximately four to six hours throughout the weekend, however some committees will work longer shifts due to the nature of the event.  NOTE: Minimum age requirement for the JUNOS volunteer team is 19.  Anyone 19 and over as of March 1, 2018 is invited to apply.

If you’re interested in volunteering, click on the link https://goo.gl/BpjP9v to apply online.  Applicants will be updated on next steps in the process by email throughout the program if selected.  Active volunteers will gain access to the schedule for self-scheduling once selected.  You will have the opportunity to sign up for the shifts of your choice based on availability at the time of scheduling.  If you are volunteering with a friend, make sure to include the name of the person you want to volunteer with on the application form.

There will be a volunteer orientation on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 (venue TBA).  At the orientation you will pick up your volunteer package, receive general training on your duties, meet your committee lead and have the opportunity to ask questions about the volunteer experience.  All volunteers will be provided with an official 2018 JUNO week t-shirt.  Volunteers are required to wear their t-shirt while on duty unless otherwise directed.
