Microsoft Teams & <\/strong>Langara College<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

The Vancouver District Science Fair is a hybrid<\/strong> fair — participants present their projects virtually on Microsoft Teams and in person at Langara College. Intended for students who attend public school in Vancouver (SD #39<\/a><\/span>), VDSF serves as the official qualifying round for the Greater Vancouver Regional Science Fair (GVRSF)<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n

GETTING STARTED WITH VDSF\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

If you are a VSB student<\/strong><\/span>, find out how science fair works at your school, especially if you are doing an independent project. Not sure who to ask?<\/strong> See this list of VDSF teacher contacts<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you are a\u00a0VSB teacher<\/strong><\/span>, ask to join VDSF on Microsoft Teams. Your department’s VDSF contact<\/span><\/a> can connect you with the VDSF coordinator.<\/p>\n

If you are a\u00a0judge<\/strong><\/span>, read our info for judges<\/a> and check your e-mail for an invitation in November.<\/p>\n

Otherwise, e-mail VDSF <\/strong>at vdsfprojects@vsb.bc.ca<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>and include your teacher sponsor and project partner. Questions related to ethics approval<\/a> should also include the regional ethics reviewer <\/b>(vdsfethics@gvrsf.ca<\/a><\/span>).<\/p>\n
