2-1 S.S 8: We are starting our Renaissance Fair project today! We will have five classes to complete it so we need to stay focused and motivated so we can finish it in class and hopefully not have homework. I will be giving you the instructions for your project, you will then be picking the people you will be studying, and then Ms Walks will give us some information about where to research and how to create our bibliography. For our bibliography please remember easybib.com is a fantastic resource!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2-4 ELL S.S: You will be handing in your project. If it is not completed you will have to come in at lunch until it is completed. Then, we will be starting a new unit on The Industrial Revolution. You will be taking some notes while I give a mini-lecture, and then we will have a map assignment to work on for the rest of class. Map assignment due Wednesday November 22.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2-3 ELL Reading: I will be collecting your homework. If you are not done you will have to come in at lunch until you are finished. We will then read our current events article for the day and talk about how we would feel if we had robots as teachers! Then, we will be reading our new story, “The Smell of Food and the Sound of Coins”. We will have the rest of the class to work on our vocabulary – vocabulary due Wednesday November 22\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
