McEwen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The prize is awarded to student(s) that have met the following criteria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\n<ul>\n<li>demonstrated a journey of discovery and curiosity throughout the project,<\/li>\n<li>developed an experimental apparatus and\/or procedure which produced data to prove\/disprove a hypothesis or question and a conclusion is apparent<\/li>\n<li>demonstrated good use of the scientific method if applicable (e.g. repetition, controls, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>in-depth background research was apparent<\/li>\n<li>the project showed a positive impact on the community,<\/li>\n<li>showed passion about science and continues to participate in the science community (e.g., at school)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DT Science Community Impact Award Winners Congratulations to all the winners!
