<\/a><\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Step 4:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0Submit the student&#8217;s final Grade 6 and December&#8217;s Grade 7 report card.\u00a0 Report cards issued by the public, private, and district learning schools\/institutions are accepted.\u00a0 <em>Homeschooling report cards are <\/em><strong>not accepted<\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Step 5:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/em>Prepare a photo of the student.\u00a0 The student&#8217;s photo is needed to help the teachers identify the student during interviews\/video calls.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Step 6:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/em>\u00a0Submit the student&#8217;s portfolio with school work\u00a0 (e.g.,\u00a0 science, math, social studies,\u00a0 English, etc.) that showcases their abilities.\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Optional<\/span>: Download the Portfolio template as a guide and submit any supporting documentation and evidence.\u00a0 The submitted evidence (e.g., folders, binders, USB memory sticks, etc.) will not be returned to the student.\u00a0 After the Odyssey student cohort has been finalized, the students&#8217; application packages will remain in storage for a year.\u00a0 Afterwards, the packages will be shredded.<\/p>\n<p><a Program Application.\u00a0 Label the envelope with the student&#8217;s first and last name, phone number, and email address where the parent\/guardian can be reached if there are concerns regarding the application.\u00a0 \u00a0The deadline for the application is no later than 3 PM, Thursday, December 18th, 2025.<del><\/del><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 8:<\/strong> Complete the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/r\/nprQ7kY58j\"><span style=\"color: #339966\">digital form here<\/span><\/a> <\/strong>with the applicant&#8217;s information so that the program coordinators can add you to the emailing list (just in case of office error,s then we can cross-check the information).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">IMPORTANT<\/span><\/strong>: Incomplete application packages will not be considered.\u00a0 Please use the program registration checklist to complete the process.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that the office staff <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">WILL NOT<\/span> be assisting in photocopying or assisting in the assembly of the application package.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Step 9:\u00a0<\/strong><\/em> Complete the mandatory student assessment test held on January 9th, 2026, from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM in the DT cafeteria.\u00a0
