Red and White Day
Today Moberly School students and staff wore red and white to show support for Canada’s Womens’ Soccer team who will be participating in the Olympic qualifying tournament in Vancouver this week.

Christmas Concert Props
Students, look around your home and see if you can bring a scarf and sunglasses to school. We need them for the Christmas Concert song “Blitzen Boogie”. It would be great too if you could wear white, green or red clothing on the concert day. Don’t forget to keep practicing the song!

This week’s buddy class time was spent making giant snowflakes! They are absolutely beautiful and we are getting lots of compliments from people passing by our classroom.
Moberly Christmas Concert
Moberly’s Christmas Concert will be held on December 16 from 11:00am to 12:15pm. Your parents are welcome to watch you perform in the Big Gym. Division 15 is singing “Blitzen Boogie” with Division 11. Remember to practice the song at home.

Remembrance Day Art
For Remembrance Day this year the class painted Flanders Fields. The crosses were made with masking tape which resisted the paint and left them white.
