Today the AquaVan from the Vancouver Aquarium visited our school.  We had an assembly in the morning to talk about different marine animals and how we can take better care of our environment.  Then, after recess, we met in the gym and rotated through three different stations.  One station focused on predators and prey specifically sea otters, urchin and kelp.  The second station focused on whales and how they benefit the marine ecosystem.  The thrid station allowed the students to touch an urchin and a starfish.
