Your body plays a crucial role in your mind\u2019s performance. Your body language dictates your attitude, energy and confidence. And the only way you can perform at a high level on the court \u2013 is with positive, empowering body language! It is physically impossible to maximize your performance without it.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, your body language sends a powerful message to your coaches and teammates. Upright posture and solid eye contact give energy while sulking and pouting drain energy.
