In this difficult time of isolation, the YWCA Mentorship Program is committed to providing positive role models for young women facing barriers to success. Our mission is to support youth in their transition to university, nurture their leadership ability, and address the barriers and adversity they may experience in their advancement in employment and in the workplace. We are working hard to continue to deliver a relevant, accessible and engaging program in a completely virtual format. We prioritize students who face intersecting barriers, whether because on their gender, race, sexuality, abilities, or socio-economic status.<\/p>\n
