<\/h2>\nWelcome Back September 2026<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\nHello Students and Families,<\/span><\/p>\nWe hope you had a good summer. We are excited to welcome students back to school for the 2026-2027 school year and to connect with families.<\/span><\/p>\nOutreach starts on Tuesday September 8th<\/sup> at 10am. Students are expected to attend in the morning to pick up important forms that need to be signed and returned to staff. The rest of the week school will be in session from 9am-2pm. During this time, we will reconnect with our school community, have goal setting meetings, and go on a local field trip.<\/span><\/p>\n\n- September 7th: No School\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
- September 8th: 10:00am-11:00am (meet and greet, pick up forms\/schedule individual meetings)<\/span><\/li>\n
- September 9th: 9:00am-2:00pm (individual meetings)<\/span><\/li>\n
- September 10th: 9:00am-2:00pm (team building activities)<\/span><\/li>\n
- September 11th: 9:00am-2:00pm (field trip)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
About Outreach\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\nOutreach is a district-wide senior secondary alternative program located on the unceded traditional territories of the\u00a0Musqueam, Tsleil Waututh, and Squamish Coast Salish people.<\/span>

\nLocated in the Britannia Community Complex above the Britannia Public Library, Outreach was created to provide a safe, welcoming, and successful learning environment to Indigenous students who face barriers and\/or systemic obstacles in regular classes. Outreach offers flexible, student\u2011centred programming that adapts to individual needs and includes creative, athletic, outdoor, place\u2011based, and academic learning.\u00a0<\/span>
