Thinking about your transition from high school…<\/strong><\/p>\n

The purpose of the Transition Plan and budget assignment is to have students think about their plans after they leave high school. Sometimes, articulating our plans forces us to think about the many small details that we may need to consider in order to fully pursue our plans.<\/p>\n

To complete this assignment, go to your CLC12 Teams Assignment and read the instructions provided. Note that you must download the fillable PDF (it is not editable in Teams), complete the assignment, and then upload it back into Teams to turn it in.
