Don&#8217;t worry if you can&#8217;t do it all. Even if you can try 2 workouts a week, it&#8217;ll help keep you in tuned.<\/p>\n<p>First meet is <strong>Wednesday April 3rd (day 1)!\u00a0 Events: <em>1500, 400, Girls Javelin, Girls Discuss, Boys Shot Put, Boys High Jump, Girls &amp; Boys Long Jump.\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>See league meet schedule on the track &amp; field page for approximate times.<\/p>\n<p>We will have a quick team meeting in the main gym at lunch, <strong>Monday, April 1st<\/strong>. This is important as I need to know which athletes are attending the Wednesday meet. Boys HJ practice will run right after.
