(or move to a different computer)<\/p>\n<p>Lots of help on <a href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\" target=\"_blank\">youtube<\/a> and also at <a href=\"http:\/\/gimp.org\" target=\"_blank\">gimp.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Day 1 &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Copy a picture of a penguin from Google Images into GIMP<\/li>\n<li>Save as a jpeg into your h:\/<\/li>\n<li>explore all the options in the menus under filters-distorts &#8212; especially, lighting effects :: iwarp :: emboss &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>explore the tool box &#8211; selection, erase, move (hover over and read)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gimp.org\/tutorials\/GIMP_Quickies\/\">http:\/\/www.gimp.org\/tutorials\/GIMP_Quickies\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>save 3 cool pics and combine into one picture &#8211; then post onto your blog<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Day 2 &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>recap of some of the tools from day 1<\/li>\n<li>crop,<\/li>\n<li>rotate,<\/li>\n<li>resize<\/li>\n<li>put together 2 pics &#8211; ie. add a head to an animal body. Size it proportionally<\/li>\n<li>export as a jpg and post to your blog<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Day 3 &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Look on the wall. See the fake tickets?
