Complete as much as you can, and we will go over in class.<\/p>\n<p>Review the notes you gathered from our colleagues in the other class on organelle syndromes\/diseases. The list of syndromes is below. You do not need to memorize all the information, but have a broad understanding of the material. Look up any missing information (Leigh syndrome, etc).<\/p>\n<p>1.Pompe\u2019s disease,<\/p>\n<p>2.Tay-Sachs disease,<\/p>\n<p>3.Diabetes mellitus and deafness,<\/p>\n<p>4.Leber\u2019s disease,<\/p>\n<p>5.Leigh syndrome,<\/p>\n<p>6.Achondrogenesis,<\/p>\n<p>7.Cystic fibrosis,<\/p>\n<p>8.Adronoleukodystrophy,<\/p>\n<p>9.ribosomopathies,<\/p>\n<p>10.Osteogenesis imperfecta,<\/p>\n<p>11.Emery Dreifuss syndrome,<\/p>\n<p>12.Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome,<\/p>\n<p>13.Zellweger sydrome<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Answer the questions on DNA\/mRNA given on the overhead.
