What’s gender neutral language and why does it matter?
In order to be more welcoming and inclusive to the full range of genders, the PAC is transitioning to using the appropriate gender neutral and gender inclusive language in our meetings and correspondence. We realize that some parents/caregivers may be looking for some guidance around this topic. Fatimah Hinds, parent of a grade 10 student, offered to share her knowledge on the topic and give parents a chance to discuss.
