We are at the final stretch of the course. The last few projects are more on the self-directed side which means you will have to learn to manage your own time. I cannot stress that enough as some of you have been struggling with this all year long. Do not leave things till the last minute as I will not be so lenient down the home stretch. ***ALL DEADLINES ARE FIRM***<\/strong><\/p>\n

There will be a number of concurrent projects for the last term.
\n1. Polar Coordinates<\/strong> – 2 images due Monday March 29<\/strong><\/p>\n

2. Thematic Proposal<\/strong> – Written document is due Wednesday March 24<\/strong><\/p>\n

Choose 5 themes – 10 images<\/strong> for each theme each image must be unique in terms of subject, colour, and composition. Apply theories of exposure and composition when creating these images. Discuss why you chose these theme and why they resonate with you.<\/p>\n

5. Create a web gallery with Lightroom (HTML or Flash) and submit to the s:\/ drive for upload – Monday, May 31<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

6. Self-assessment and a critique (more on this later) April 15<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

7. Five Favs – Submit 5 of your favourite images you have created this year for a book I will be putting together by Monday, May 31<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

8. Original Photoshop composition due Friday, June 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
